What to Know For Your First Session:
Your transformation begins the moment you step into Awaken Mind Body & Spirit here in DeLand or meet us online via zoom (as energy and frequency have no boundaries). We do not do surface-level talk therapy. Your initial 120-minute Discovery Session is a deeply personalized, multi-dimensional experience designed to map your nervous system, scan your energetic blueprint and build your customized, targeted Awakening Program based on our findings.
Your first session unfolds in 2 steps:
STEP 1: DURING SESSION
Timewaver Pro Scan: The TimeWaver Pro scans your deeper information field in real-time revealing hidden environmental, psychological and emotional blocks creating interference in your life. We then identify energetic imbalances and disturbances in the body's subtle energy systems, often called life force, chi (qi), or prana.
Soul Contract Assessment: We analyze the energetic architecture of your current challenges, pinpointing where your life is out of alignment with your soul’s blueprint.

The Wellness Blueprint: You leave with a practical, tailored Strategy Plan, your Roadmap to awakening. Leading to a full Lifestyle Plan at the of end of the program, from the culmination of our work together.
